CONCEPT DESIGN & PROTOTYPING
We can help you with defining the requirements and metrics for your project. We work to clearly understand project goals, constraints and assumptions so that the scope of work can be accurately defined. Early-stage design can begin and prototypes can then be quickly built to validate key functionalities. Project Strategy Problem Statement Definition Design Specifications Conceptual Design Product Ideation Rapid prototyping Including 3D printing and Low-Fidelity Concepts

ENGINEERING DESIGN AND ANALYSIS
Our team’s approach integrates performance, cost, manufacturing, and user experience considerations simultaneously in the development process in order to save time and identify any "pain points" before they occur. A variety of tools including CAD, analysis, and simulation software are applied to achieve your technical goals. Detailed Design (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, Rhino3d) Engineering Drawings Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Generative D

SYSTEM INTEGRATION
We can go beyond the design phase to lead the build, commissioning and testing of your project. Our team can assemble your prototype and perform validation and optimization to ensure that all specifications are measured and met. Alpha and Beta prototypes Prototype and System Assembly Commissioning Design of Experiments Data Collection and Analysis Process Optimization Durability Testing

MANUFACTURING AND LAUNCH
We have approved manufacturers to scale up your project to mass production. Leveraging our trusted network of local and overseas suppliers ensures exceptional pricing and quality. We work directly with vendors to iron out all manufacturing details and create tooling. Manufacturing Support Vehicle Homologation Tooling and Mold Design Battery Pack Certification Supplier Networks in Canada, the United States, China and Beyond Management of Supplier Manufacturing Including Mach

Firefighter Concept
Here in Toronto you often see large fire trucks stuck in traffic, unable to get to where they are going quickly. Here is a concept for a compact fire engine that makes use of a drone firehose instead of a ladder, and nimble all wheel steering to navigate tight streets.

Lithium-ion Battery Pack Thermal Simulations
A few images of some of the more recent work we've been doing below. They show fluid dynamic simulations of a Lithium-ion battery pack for an electric motorcycle under various discharge scenarios. With this study, we are seeking to quantify the heat generated and the resulting air and cell temperatures inside the pack (which is important in order to ensure that safe limits are not exceeded under the worst case usage scenarios). We were able to confirm our simulation is accur
