WAL-LE (wheeled arctic lander, low emissions) is a proof of concept, electric amphibious logistics vehicle. This is an ongoing project where Engineering Design Lab is developing a new category of vehicle for the Canadian Military.  EDL has been awarded additional contracts and is currently developing a full scale version of the vehicle capable of carrying cargo, light vehicles, and personnel across treacherous terrain. Engineering Design lab is exploring autonomous systems, advanced locomotion strategies, and various packing and transportation methods for the vehicle.
