Engineering Design Lab is advancing the core engineering systems behind Springtime’s Dispatch—an urban delivery vehicle that redefines logistics for dense city environments.

Dispatch is not a car, and not a cargo bike—it’s a purpose-built electric platform designed for seamless package delivery without reliance on traditional infrastructure. Engineering Design Lab is currently developing its unique loading and unloading mechanisms, enabling rapid, secure transfers without the need for forklifts, loading docks, or specialized equipment. The vehicle’s compact footprint and legal compatibility with bike lanes allow it to bypass urban congestion, reduce delivery times, and lower operational costs across supplier networks. With modular cargo systems and infrastructure-independent deployment, Dispatch offers a scalable solution for last-mile delivery in cities worldwide.
